Graphic Design:
I’ve had over 20 years of
experience in the printing and graphics industries. I've worked with a
multitude of businesses ranging from large corporations to small start-up
companies all over the US. I work on both Mac and PC computer platforms with Adobe
Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Quark, Freehand, PageMaker, WordPerfect,
InDesign and the MS Office Suite of products. Because of my rural
location, I've learned to be able to convert most files I receive to
different platforms and programs in order to achieve the results my clients
want. I've worked for years with Watercolor, Gouache, Oils, Color Pencil,
Pen & Ink, Pastel and Graphite/Pencil so I can create line art and
illustrations by hand as well as by computer. Though my “formal” training has been
in the fine arts, I've had intense on-the-job training under extremely
talented and caring mentors and tutors in the high-end commercial field of graphic art
for over a decade.
